"I was excited about my clarity call and it was great. I know more about what coaching will do for me and what I can expect from it and I am looking forward to what the law of attraction will bring me. "

"Even though I had taken a couple of Marci's programs I was very nervous about the thought of having an actual coach and was afraid I'd get a sales pitch. I didn't even know if I'd answer the phone when the call came. I should not have worried because it was vey easy to decide and Marci was great. When I look back on that very first call I remember how awesome it was.

What will be covered in the Clarity Session?
Simply said, a clarity session is an introduction to your coach...me! We'll connect with a call or on a virtual meeting. It gives us a chance to discuss your primary reason for wanting personal coaching. We'll also work on creating a future vision and some goals.
Just as important, it ensures that we will work well together, so we don't waste any time with each other if we're not a good fit. Some energies don't play well together! You can think of it as the "try-before-you-buy version of life coaching, and it can be just as exciting and fun!
What if I just need more time to decide?
No problem! I'll ensure that you have the information you need about my packages, methods, and processes so you can review them on your own time. I'll set up a check-in appointment with you so I can answer any questions you might have. On the next appointment, which I don't charge for, I can help you pick out methods and processes if you're not sure what's right for you. We'll also cover pricing and payment options. I promise I'll do what I can to make it easy for you to say yes to a payment plan if I agree that coaching would benefit you.
What happens at the end of our session?
At the end of our session, I'll give you the opportunity to make up your mind about whether or not you're ready for coaching. You may be prepared to jump on board right away; most of my previous students are!
However, there might be instances where coaching isn't the right thing for you yet, and I'm honest about that.
Or maybe you just need some more time to figure things out. If that's the case you never need to worry that I'm going to pressure you into anything you don't want. The LOA doesn't work like that and neither do I!
So, I see you offer both coaching and mentoring. What's the difference?

Why wouldn't personal coaching be a right fit for me?
There are certain instances where therapy is going to be what you're looking for more than coaching. How do you know? For example, if you're trying to heal trauma from your past, a therapist can help you, a coach would not, and in fact, coaching would be wrong in that case. Think of it this way. If you're looking for help with a previous, serious problem or healing from your past experiences, then therapy is probably the way to go. It isn't that a coach doesn't care about your past or any problems you're facing, it's just that focusing on your past isn't what coaching is about.
Personal coaching is about moving you forward through less serious problems and creating new habits and solutions. Your coach is interested in your future all the way! In a case where you're seeing a therapist, I'm going to get you to ask your therapist if they think you're ready for coaching and get their stamp of approval before I coach with you.
