Responses may be incomplete or inaccurate.

You agree to use these tools at your own discretion.

We are not liable for outcomes resulting from reliance on Digital Assistant outputs.

Modifications to Digital Assistant Features

5. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

6. Subscriptions and Memberships

By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund prior payments unless stated otherwise.

7. Refunds and Returns

Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Coaching programs, memberships, and digital downloads are non-refundable once access is provided, unless required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

Audio recordings

Narration and Audio Services

We provide narration, audiobooks, guided readings, voice recordings, and other audio-based content (“Narration Services”) through our platforms.

All narrated and audio content remains the intellectual property of Illuminated You Lifestyle Coaching unless otherwise stated in writing.

Narration Services are provided for personal, educational, and informational use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any audio content without prior written permission.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of narrated or audio content.

9. Community Guidelines

If you participate in our communities, you agree to:
